Our mission is to preserve your legacy, and your family’s legacy, for decades to come as a digital family archive with holographic and virtual interfaces. Tahoe11 began when entrepreneur and technologist Chris Wizner lost his grandfather Joe Wizner in May 2017. Joe Wizner was his hero and the closest thing to a father he had in the universe. Joe believed in Chris more than anyone and when Chris lost him he realized he’d never get the opportunity to see and speak to him again. It’d never be a reality for his future kids to meet Chris’ amazing Grandpa that changed his life and made him who he is today. Being a technologist, Chris invented new digital solutions & technology to keep family legacies like his Grandfather Joe Wizner’s alive digitally for decades ahead. This way your kid’s grandkid’s grandkids could one day meet you.
About Joe Wizner
Joe Wizner was an man of extraordinary love and strong family values. He fell in love with his wife Helen Wizner when they were high school sweethearts and never left her until his last breath. He had 2 daughters along with grandchildren and a large extended family beyond that. He always put family first and he never stopped loving his wife Helen with everything he had. He was a hard working man that didn’t come from money. He worked hard as a mechanic for Pan American Airlines (Pan Am) for most of his life. He and Helen saved every penny they made and were the most frugal people you’d ever meet, but that resulted in them securing their family legacy, buying real estate, and other investments. Joe was a self made man full of so much love and honor. Chris Wizner, founder of Tahoe11 always inspired to be like Joe. He was really something.
The Last Wizner
Joe Wizner was suppose to be the last man in the family with the last name Wizner but then something unexpected happened. His daughter Laure Wizner had a son but wasn’t married to the father. As a result of not being married, she chose to keep her maiden name Wizner and name her son Chris Wizner. Chris, founder of Tahoe11 is now the last Wizner in the family line. So if you read this, you now understand what drives Chris and why he puts so much passion and energy into Tahoe11 combined with his vast experience in technology.
